Wild Heart Floral Return & Exchange Policy

At Wild Heart Floral, we take great pride in creating beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will gladly address any concerns.

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns on floral arrangements once they have been delivered or picked up.

  • If you receive an order that is incorrect or arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request a photo of the arrangement for review.

  • If an issue is verified, we will offer a replacement arrangement or a store credit at our discretion.

Exchanges & Order Issues

  • If an item was damaged during delivery or the wrong product was received, we will happily provide a replacement at no extra charge.

  • To qualify for an exchange, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund.

  • Same-day orders or orders already prepared for delivery cannot be canceled or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or event-specific floral designs (such as wedding florals) are final sale and non-refundable once confirmed.
