Shipping and Delivery Policy

Processing Time

All standard orders are process within 1 business day.

Custom Floral Arrangements may require additional time. If there are any delays, we will notify you.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within Austin, TX for a flat rate of $17

Same-Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm each day and deliveries for Same-Day orders may start from 1pm until 6pm.

Delivery Times range from 11am to 6pm Daily, with Same-Day orders going out starting at 1pm, and we do our best to accommodate specific time requests however our delivery drivers insure the best and most efficient route daily.

In-Store Pickup

Free pickup is available at our shop during business hours. Please specify your desired pick-up time in our notes section when placing your order.

Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping for fresh flowers

Delivery Issues and Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement in a safe place and/or contact the recipient for redelivery
