Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund on daily floral arrangements and not wedding florals only.

Same-Day or next day orders cannot be cancelled once they are in preparation.

Custom and Event Orders

Custom Floral Arrangements and wedding/event orders require at least a 30-day notice for cancellations.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for event orders and will not be refunded after booking.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 2 hours with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or partial refund.

Delivery Issues

If we are unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact the recipient first, and then the customer.

A redelivery fee may apply if a second attempt is needed.
